Elizabeth Elfenbein is a changemaker, internationally awarded storyteller, and creative leader who is passionate about recognizing unmet needs and finding innovative solutions to change lives. She is dedicated to educating women at every life stage, dismantling barriers, and closing the gender health gap. Elizabeth founded Under the Sisterhood and their not-for-profit arm Sistergood to build a community in which women’s health and well-being are strengthened through sisterhood, inspiring and igniting change around the globe.

The company quietly launched on Women’s Equality Day 2022, with a commitment to seeing, hearing, and celebrating age-agnostic achievements. Since its inception, UTS has developed proprietary bespoke programming for women in corporate and academic settings, hosted monthly Under the Hood Networking events, and created a B2B story-sharing platform. Now, with Under the Hood of Women’s Health, we offer a story-sharing platform featuring girls, women, and physicians' stories for all stages of the health journey, from puberty to post-menopause with the intention to educate through authentic story-sharing.
