Saturday Superpower Sister Circle in Pakistan

Saturdays we ignite our superpowers with the young women in Pakistan. (A curated sister circle by Moheerah) Each week we will tap into our strengths, our creativity, and our passions through sensory exercises, movement, breath work, and meditation. These sacred circles begin with personal check-ins to provide you with support and encouragement while reigning in on your weekly manifestations. Hosted by movement and embodiment coach, studio director of Polearity Palace, and our very own Under the Sisterhood Creative Programming Director, Amy Danielson. 

All proceeds from the circle are donated to the CDF Foundation http://www.cdffoundation.com/
to help empower the women in Pakistan economically.
