Wednesday Women’s Circle

Join us on Wednesday’s at 7pm EST for our weekly Wednesday Women's Circle, hosted by movement and embodiment coach, studio director of Polearity Palace and our very own Under the Sisterhood Creative Programming Director, Amy Danielson. Each week, we will come together in a sacred gathering to connect with one another, and ourselves. These virtual circles will incorporate group mindfulness exercises and a weekly themed discussion to explore our individual experiences and expressions.
