Kirthika is a Wharton alum, with deep expertise across business and technology. She has won numerous awards and honors, including Outstanding Leadership in Healthcare award, DARPA award, ACE & MVP awards for outstanding contribution to the company’s success.
She is an impactful thought leader and has held key positions in R&D at Ericsson Telcordia an Ericsson company working on product innovation, cross-functional management, sales, and strategy.

She feels strongly that in the age of driverless cars and ChatGPT, there is a clear need to disrupt the status quo and drive innovation into age-old challenges such as mental health and well-being.
She was selected by the University of Pennsylvania to lead Vital Start and has grown the venture with a stellar team, advisors, and an equitable vision of impacting millions of families.
