Laurel Munier

Today we are honoring Laurel Munier a daughter, wife, granddaughter, niece, friend, dog mom, mental health advocate, social media manager & crisis counselor. The past 7 years Laurel spent in the entertainment industry from interviewing A-list celebrities on the red carpet to managing social media for network talk shows and influencers.

In recent years she felt herself drawn toward the mental health field, finding herself most fulfilled when she was helping others. In 2020, Laurel started volunteering at the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, undergoing extensive training to become a crisis counselor. And now she works as a Supervisor at the oldest suicide prevention center in the United States.  She intends to go back to school to get her masters in Social Work so she can practice therapy to help individuals reach their highest level of being.

Laurel enjoys exploring nature with her husband and dog, practicing meditation & yoga, reading, and getting creative in the kitchen.

Hear Laurel’s perspective on womanhood and the need to acknowledge all women no matter where they are.
