Today we’re getting under the hood with Monique Cupid a daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunty, clean beauty advocate, the co-founder and creative director of Life In The Pause, a platform dedicated to empower and celebrate aging and the menopause journey. Passionate about redefining the menopause narrative, she turns this phase into a journey of empowerment and self-discovery.  

Her own experience was filled with challenges—unaware of perimenopause in her late 30s, she spent years in confusion and isolation. Now in her early 50s, she uses her journey to raise awareness and ensure no woman navigates this transition alone.

Beyond Life In The Pause, Monique is the beauty and lifestyle creator of The Midlife Glow Chaser and Brown Skin Green Beauty. An outspoken advocate for pro-aging and clean beauty, Monique continues to inspire women to embrace authentic beauty and advocate for safe & nontoxic cosmetics.
