Today we are honoring Tevis Trower a daughter, sister, auntie, friend, advisor, strategist, leader, author of Game-Changer's Guide To Radical Success and the CEO and founder of Balance Integration which helps align leaders for organizational cultures that thrive. 

She’s known by Forbes’ "Breath of Fresh Air in Leadership", Tevis is a futurist leader and also the Co-Author of Habits of Success. She sits on FastCompany Executive Board, Forbes Council and is a Chief entrepreneur. She serves as a sounding board, thought leader, and wisdom cultivator for organizational leaders globally. 

Considered a pioneer in the field of cultural transformation, in 2002 Tevis bootstrapped Balance Integration, continually evolving Balance’s services to respond to changes in our global work landscape, always focusing upon ways to align leadership and optimize humanity in the workplace. Her significant expertise in generative leadership, influencer alignment, high-potential imposter syndrome, trust, innovation, sustainable success, and fostering an environment of engagement and resilience has shaped conventional wisdom around the impact of culture and leadership behavior on organizational performance globally.
