Ursula Ngonadi is an education facilitator, floral couture artist and founder of House of Bloomz and Little Feet Play & Learning Centre Ursula lives for love and for family.

She is Cameroonian born, raised and educated in the UK. Ursula is proud of her African heritage having been raised to respect, engage and promote her rich cultural identity and practices. A year ago she and her family embarked on a journey of a life time and started traveling around Africa and recently settled in Ghana west Africa.

Living, working and raising children in the west, Ursula and her husband had always been unified in their vision of moving to the continent, educating and raising their young children to fully live and love life, whilst providing opportunities to help support and empower the lives of the disadvantaged and less fortunate though many charitable means. At present she runs a non-profit organization "A little goes a long way " where funds and resources are raised to support schools and orphanages in Togo & Cameroon.

As a wife, mother and sister her settlement to the African continent holds so much for her and everything she embodies as her move is a continuation of the values and principles of love plus Support equals growth she had already built upon in the west. A qualified Child Care Practitioner, Education Facilitator, efficient administrator and all round creative at the heart of it all family and culture are everything to her.  Her creative talents and passions are limitless and when it comes to children she thrives on providing unique enriching play & learning experiences for children that fosters the principles of love and support that cultivates independent critical thinking, compassion and confidence leading to positive  growth, wellbeing and experiences.

In Ghana she is the Founder of Little Feet Play & Learning Centre: Creche | Play & Stay | Fun House that specializes in creating enriching play, learning & sensory programs as well as running paper flower making workshops that deeply explore creativity whilst helping support growth and  learning development. The centre is accessible to over 20 little feet and counting.

As a mother she is passionate and committed to home educating her own three children (ages 9, 7 & 5) and has extended her love, skills and talents to also providing support, child care and play experiences for other home educating families in the UK. For the past three years she has been providing online home-schooling support, working alongside parents to supply quality, flexible, online education for pupils in the comfort of their own home. By delivering real-time, live online, timetabled lessons where pupil interaction & critical thinking is encouraged and monitored.

Prior to having her own children and becoming a home education facilitator, she held years of experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant working closely with tutors and other educational caregivers whilst proactively recruiting tutors and associated staff into the Nursery, SEND, Primary & Secondary sectors across the country. Also through her experience of early years settings she is adept in developing and implementing early years curriculums, managing classrooms and aiding children in advancing their knowledge and understanding of the diverse multicultural world around them.

As a sister Ursula has founded a growth community Sister Code Unfiltered.  This online community was created to enable a core group of women to come together, get to know one another and connect under 'Sister Code'. Through various thought-provoking topics, ladies are given questions and shown short video clips for the purpose of having open, honest discussions that challenge their views on 'relationships, motherhood & sisterhood' whilst exploring what core LSG Values & Principles they should be working towards to strengthen them as women in order to experience deep and meaningful growth.
