Lucia St. Amour

Today we are celebrating Lucia Kanter St. Amour during Women’s History Month. Lucia is a mother, daughter, sister, friend, VP for UN Women USA, attorney of 25 years, international negotiation superhero, and bestselling author (one of very few WOMEN experts and authors in her field).

Her book, “For the Forces of Good: The Superpower of Everyday Negotiation,” shot to #1 Bestseller within 10 days of its release in September 2022.

As a special needs parent, executive director of a grassroots nonprofit organization, law professor, and recovering CEO, she has traveled broad and deep territories on behalf of people who have been left out of the discourse, decision, and design.

She is dedicated to a new revolution of generating more women to harness the superpower of everyday negotiation so that they can show up confidently in all aspects of their lives—from getting their toddler to eat their peas, to landing a dream job, to being the most powerful person in the room.
